  • Call on Howard at KC vs. Non-Call on Kanaan at MIA

Why the black flag on no contact with a minute left in the session for Jay Howard for his move on Scheckter? When you let Tony Kanaan roll injured for four laps and disrupt the end of Miami to the detriment of many strong cars at the end?

Me thinks some pigs are becoming more equal than other pigs on the animal farm.

How many points were involved for the best finish in that practice session?

So, points at stake is a deciding factor for a safety-related decision???
If you break a vase and then glue it back together and the vase loses it's value, you do not get credit for fixing it. You get the blame for damaging it....

Brian Barnhart will not Black flag any AGR car, for fear of them taking their toys and playing somewhere else

Or perhaps some folks are just being pig-headed.

Radio Control had ordered Kanaan into the pits at Homestead. He chose not to comply and was punished with practice time at St Pete.

You can certainly argue about whether that was a severe enough punishment, but he wasn't just let off the hook.
