I'm pretty sure that is a rice bushel. Not sure what the right term is, but that is the traditional rice packaging deal, which would be a main staple of that culture. Probably has a bit more weight to it than she was expecting when they handed it to her. Either that, or there is some residual smell from the fields in it...

After experiencing the atmoshpere at Motegi, I can tell you there are more than a few strange things going on.

The guy in the character outfit looks a little scary......is a yellow raincoat really appropriate for a children's cartoon character?
