  • Got links to Indy 500 videos?

I'm looking for links to videos that will get somebody pumped up to come see the Indy 500 for the first time. I remember seeing some montages in the past that capture the excitement and drama of the month of May. Can't seem to find any right now. I'm looking for professional quality videos that show numerous aspects of the Indy 500 experience.

    Thanks!

If this doesn't get someone pumped up, I don't know what will.
No weather forecasts are ever guaranteed, even if confidence level is high. Even a 99% probability will miss 1% of the time. That's the best anybody can do when predicting highly complex events.

I still wish someone would put up the infamous end of the 2002 500 (PT-Helio finish) up on youtube.

Any of the intros from the last decade would do it.

You know if someone were to have a racing domain, and they wanted to create a racing website that attracts many race fans, having a site that has bunches of the best racing video clips in one spot might make a great location for those racing fans who love to surf the web. WhirlinGraphics, do you know anyone with a racing domain?
                God speed!

There is no more drama than this clip of the end of the 500. And, it goes on for a few laps to what the announcers were talking about an upset victory.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

                  ------------------

This, I think, is the best of the Intros.

Wow! The '06 finish still gives me goosebumps! I couldn't tell who won from my seat until people started yelling about Sam passing him. It was electric.

                    Awesome videos!

I was wondering that just yesterday! Did he forget how to type?

Yeah, yeah, yeah. I still haven't decided which one I want to start with first. The IndyCar one or the one dedicated to oval track radio control car racing? I've been leaning towards the R/C one since it is still an under served market and would allow me to grow with it. I would have had something going already on it but I misplaced the logo that I had all but done. Don't want to have to start all over until I have exhausted my search.

Thanks for the links folks! If my plan works I might have some cool news to share in the next couple weeks hopefully?

P.S. One would think that we wouldn't have to rely on YouTube's horrible video quality. Indy500.com should be the place to go to find links to promotional videos?!

they used to have them on ESPN late night for the entire month of may and they would always get me good and fired up
