Cool Street Course Cities

I know I am dreaming and being greedy (we already have a month of racing in Indy) but I can't get out of my mind how cool it would be to have a street race in Indy. They could use the Circle as an anchor.. Another cool location would be Quebec City (I think there was a rumor once). What are other venues do you guys think would be cool? Gene, I know you want Turks and Caicos...

I don't even know the infastructure, but they should do the following:

Vegas... but through the strip, then at each pit stop teams must roll a set of dice and the outcome will reset the running order

New York City... but they will have at least 100 field filler cars on the track to cause unnecessary backups and slowdowns.

New Orleans - last car standing (to have the shocks survive), wins

Le Mans and Spa hardly qualify as a street circuits in the same vein as Monaco.

Monaco is rubbish, too - it had had its day over 30 years ago - the cars have moved on from every other circuit that they've outgrown, yet Monaco is somehow revered as the jewel in the crown because all the fat cats live there. Bollocks and hype - it's a parade for millionaires and nothing more - any pretence it has at being a race goes out the window when a driver with a far slower car can simply block for the duration of the event.

Same goes for any real road course masquerading as a race track - I'm thinking of IndyCars at Infineon - from the moment the course is too small for the cars to actually race on, it isn't a race course - it's a parade route.

I really dig road courses but street races are just the worst--totally suck. Keep LB as our Monaco but dump all the rest. Lame, lame, lame.
