She's been off for a few days now, but why was Sarah Fisher removed from the Indycar Drivers Page? Seems as though most of the confirmed drivers (including part-timers) have been included. Could it be just a paperwork issue, where Sarah just hasn't filed with the league as an official entry yet and the other part-timers have? Or is there an issue with Sarah Fisher Racing?

I am pretty sure that they removed her because she is considered an Indy 1-off. They dont post Indy one-offs. A car/driver must be running multiple races to be on the list.
Hense why Fisher, Papis, and Yasukawa do not appear even though they are confirmed. In loving memory of three of the best!

I think that was wishful thinking on someone's part. I think Sarah's days as a full time ICS driver may be over. She will continue to run Indy and that's about it.After years of fighting and a split, guess what, we are all IndyCar
October will always be a sad racing month for me. RIP Greg and Dan. You both were great and we miss you.

Originally posted by Gateway FanSomeone with the user name Sarah Fisher on the Indystar.com message boards posted that a press conference would be held on Wednesday at 1:00pm to announce a full-season sponsor for her team. TSO has reportedly shot this one down. The same poster is now back claiming the announcement is on Wednesday the 19th at 1:00pm. So who knows at this point.
