  • What will be your first race this season?

I am starting to see posts of people going to Miami etc.. Which race will be your first stop this season and what others might you attend?

As for me... Kansas, Indy, maybe Kentucky, Belle Isle (No MIS this year )

Probably just Indy this year. Our big road trip for '08 will be following the Reds to Chicago and Milwaukee.

Maybe I'll hit Kentucky if I can get a deal on tickets and if gas prices ease a little (yeah, right).
No weather forecasts are ever guaranteed, even if confidence level is high. Even a 99% probability will miss 1% of the time. That's the best anybody can do when predicting highly complex events.

At the moment my first (and only) actual race will be the Detroit GP.

I am also planning on attending Pole Day at Indy.

Indy: opening day, 3 or 4 days of qualifications and the race.
                The Mile
                Kentucky
                Chicagoland

would also attend if they were on schedule:

MIS - had really good top row seats for all the IC races.
RA - Top 4 track in America in my opinion. Just a beautiful place to watch a race.

I will be at Ky. and hopefully a couple more this year. Some places I am considering are Indy, Richmond and Nashville.

First race will be Long Beach, followed by Sonoma later in the year.

Hopefully Nasheville for the first time ever.

Then Road America, but it will be ALMS since there will be no Indy cars there this year.
