Isn't happening isn't going to happen. The projects going on right now are being done by the city as part of there masterplan that does not include the track. The construction has nothing to do with the people trying to construct the race track.

Every thing you read is put out by the guys trying to get it built, this is their third attempt. Latest real news is a bunch of city money is missing that was going to improvments and pretty much everyone knows where it went. They are out of money not one weed or pile of dirt on the property has changed in the last 4 months. All improvements are city stuff that was happening with or without a race track. You can learn a lot about this project and the promoters at nitromater.com. I can't say much more except they were uninvited to the div.7 track operator meetings last Dec.
