Euro International will return to Indy Lights in 2015
They raced in CART, IRL, Atlanic and Indy Lights in the 90s.
Can't say I noticed, they were pretty much field fillers. That said, they had a decent run in Euro F3 last year with Tom Blomqvist, so perhaps they'll be more competitive this time.

If you were at Belle Isle in 1993, Andrea Montermini definitely left an impact on you driving the year old Euromotorsports Lola-Chevy.
Antonio Ferrari is a real racing enthusiast and a class guy, Euro International will be a great addition to the series. Probably see some more Italian drivers at Indy.

Given the high attrition (8 cars left on the lead lap) and penalty issued to Unser Jr, it wasn't all that amazing. Speaking of which, why was it okay for there to be endless crashes and yellows back then but not now?
Michael Lewis has to be a front runner for a seat.
"It takes a special level of incompetance to make a schedule this terrible. America is possibly the greatest country in the world overall for tracks. To make a bad schedule in America takes effort. A special kind of effort. A kind of effort that only IndyCar could come up with."

look back then how many yellows were local. Yes, there were crashes and yellows... but few brought out the SC

Which year? There were plenty in the late 90s. Ever since that guy got ran over and killed under local yellow, race control seems to have been more cautious. Ever thought there might be insurance issues while you were going on your little crusade?

Don't waste your time. Facts mean nothing to hrf on this matter.

He qualified 6th and ran fast in practice also, and ran up front the whole race, with a small team, a year old chassis, and a Chevy/Ilmor A while other teams had Chevy Bs and Cs, I would say it was a pretty damn impressive effort. I was there and he hauled the mail in that thing, by far the best showing of a Euromotorsports car in CART during the 90s.
I also remember Buddy Lazier driving a Buick V6 powered car that weekend, and Lyn St James being slower than the Trans Am cars in practice. I also remember Juan Montoya driving in Barber Saab IIRC.
