Drivers that we haven't seen before in the MRTI:

Alfonso Celis is a 17 year old Mexican who finished 14th in Formula Renault 2.0 NEC last year driving for Fortec.

Harrison Scott is a 17 year old Brit who finished second in Formula Ford Ecoboost last year and won this test as part of a scholarship. He is testing a USF2000 car today.

Jose Enrique Lopez finished 3rd in LATAM Challenge series in 2013 and 10th in 2012. I can't find an age for him.

Sebastian Arriola is a 21 year old from Guatemala (not Mexico). He Finished 4th in LATAM in 2013 and 6th in 2012.

Fernando Urrutia finished 5th in LATAM Challenge Series in 2013.

Pipo Derani is a 20 year old Brazilian who finished 8th in FIA European Formula 3 in 2013 and also finished 7th in Toyota Racing Series. He finished 8th in British F3 in 2012 and 15th in 2011. He finished 10th in German F3 in 2010. He as driven in a lot of great mid-level European feeder series and has done OK but not great in all of them.
