I know the PBR made at least nine new fans as everyone that attended with me are now “Super Fans,” including my dad who now wants to sell the race cars and buy a bull! Who knew that when I went to my first PBR event, that of the guys behind one of my new favorite sports would soon have a huge impact on my life and racing career.
To know my future in motorsports lays somewhat in the hands of one of the “Founding Fathers” of the PBR is kind of odd when you think about it. I’m not sure bull riding is the first place I would have looked for the man that was going to shape the next few years of my racing career. However, when you look at what he’s done with the PBR, I’m very excited to see what Randy Bernard has in store for not only me, but the rest of the IndyCar Series. If his track record with the PBR is any indication as to what’s in store for INDYCAR, I have no doubt the series & drivers are going to do well.
