Kudos to those guys in the top 5. Very impressive for Guthrie Racing. Hopefully, they will be fast next month.

I think the most impressive thing for me i sthe speed shown by Guthrie Racing's drivers.. even Festa turning some laps for the team. I MIGHT end up being wrong, but at the time, I thought Logan Gomez not returning to Schmidt was a "mistake".. nice to see Logan test ahead of the Schmidt cars.

Also of note... Positions 2 to 5 on the top of the speed chart are all drivers from the USA. I REALLY think the Guthrie duo will continue to impress with Guthrie and Gomez. Could Guthrie racing eventualy take advantage of the TEAM program and make the move up to Indycars? I seem to recall reading an article where Jim Guthrie talked about moving his team up with Sean when the time is right.

Schmidt were not as good as expected. Perhaps the famed #7 taking any driver to the top is a myth.!

I Agree....but also note, it was only a test.

Correct. We will see what happens at the first race. I hope some Atlantic guys make the switch as the field does not look as good as last year to me. By that i mean other than the 2 favorites.

The Guthrie's would have to land a nice sponsorship package to get to the Indy Car Series.
