    I credit this race with getting me away from the stock car juggernaut and solidly back into the open wheel fold. I am still enjoying IndyCar and although I was a Tony George fan, I am solidly behind Roger Penske. Thanks for Roger.

                At Disney today. There is a massive excavation and concrete pouring going in the middle of the former track site. They seem to be laying the foundation for a very large building.
                You have the IndyCar you deserve.

                  I did the Richard Petty Driving Experience there in ‘97. Really an odd shape to the place.

                  The Disney philosophy of putting up stands for an event and then taking them down afterwards was really strange. They were bothered by the visuals of the stands above the treetops. Makes you wonder about why they built the thing in the first place...

                    At the time they said it was a temporary track and they were going to build a permanent 1.5 mile cookie cutter.
