Indianapolis Indy Car Restoration Shop

I have heard several times that there are a few shops in Indianapolis that perform restorations of vintage Indy Cars. I am a young Indianapolis 500 fan and an IU student. I would like to take a visit to those shops. Can anyone inform me of the names of those shops and locations? I appreciate any and all information.

Try contacting him. Although Mac is reputed to be somewhat of a curmudgeon ( ) he may have a soft spot for a college student who is interested in learning about his work.

He also knows ton of guys over inn gasoline alley who do stuff like that.
