It appears to be that of Bruce Canepa, a California collector and restorer. He shows up at a lot of vintage races.

Bruce Canepa is a collector, restorer and vintage racer...but, also raced IMSA (where he teamed with Rick Mears in at least one Daytona race) and even less known are his dirt track days, racing the unique Sportsman at Watsonville and sprints on Northern California dirt tracks like Calistoga.

That's what I thought when I saw that post too...here are a couple shots of "TV" Tommy Ivo's famous trailers:

Ever wonder how they got the Corvette on the top of the trailer (first pic)? Very carefully!

          edit: Redundant photo.

The Ivo haulers had to be as flashy as it got in that era. Leave it to the quarter mile guys....

I'm not nearly old enough to remember it, but here's what Wikipedia says on the subject:

In the 1961-1962 season, Ivo played the role of Haywood Botts, boyfriend of the fictitious Margie Clayton, portrayed by Cynthia Pepper, in the ABC television sitcom Margie, set during the Roaring Twenties.

The correct answer is...many! He appeared on several series for anywhere from 1-3 episodes, sometimes as a recurring character. I recalled that and espeically one of them from seeing the show in syndication years later, but had to look him up to find that pattern.
