What is going on with the tires - two major blow-outs removing major amounts of bodywork on Bush and Newman. They were right rear tires. Is the art of building tires getting less artful?

This is what you get from Goodyear.. They got smoked in CART by Firestone.. Goodyears kept blowing during the early IRL races at Texas.. And without any competition, Goodyear cannot make a decent/safe tire.."Paff has been closer to the mark than anyone will give him credit for."
