Was a busy afternoon for me and I was in and out.
When I first came in, I turned it on as it was going to commercial and Texas Terry was in the lead.
I figured it wasn't going to get any better than that so I left again.
Glad to hear a good guy won. Love seeing the ESPN brains freeze when a non-chase driver wins a chase race.

It just seems those 1989, 1990 and 1991 races at Daytona and Talladega for me were just right...I still reference that as what Superspeedway racing should be. It's ok to be ok with what's going on today, but desire something just a little better that would work now. No harm, no foul KTM.

Hey Buddy- actually that is what screwed the 32 today. Stoddard was HELL BENT on leading a lap. He said after the race (what I was saying to myself at the time earlier) You have to pit with one of the packs, it was already shaping up as a "green" race. He pitted with Nemecheck who got 4, so he had no one to run with, and that's how we got a lap down, The car was good, but they got that lap down and could never battle back.

Maybe drop the rules on shocks/springs and put a claimer rule in effect. Anyone in the field can buy your spring/shock package after the race for $1000.00? That would sure make it less "profitable" to spend huge bucks on trick parts for 4 races a year.

Yeah, he said that on TV as well. I laughed at that. That Kid is gonna be REALLY good. He has Childress' talent, and will have equipment to show it.

Young Austin (and I like his style) was thinking he was Dale Sr. in Grandpa's car! Too much steering twitch will snap you.
