Should NASCAR permit Driver to Driver communication?

If we're going to allow car to car NASCAR ought to just admit it's team racing and adapt Roller Derby rules to the sport.
A genuine improvement would be banning all radio communications, but that would open the door to driving skill and competitiveness actually becoming important. Maybe Roller Derby would be a good source for skilled drivers as well.

One Driver to his spotter and his crew chief/strategist. No radio to radio between cars or team members regardless of whether they share an owner, engine maker, sponsor, etc. If they want to chat, walk down the pit like the old days.
If this two-step occurs at other tracks I think NASCAR should do something to prevent it mechanically or electronically. Don't allow it for a full lap much less 3,4,5 etc.You can be a critical fan without being a Critic... Or can you? Quit your b'tchn and enjoy the racing :D

That being said, ban the intra car communications, first off, I think it is to much clutter on the radio, which is a distraction, and this is not Tag Team WWF! Or is it...
Drivers need to hear what is important to keep them safe and keeps their car running... that should be all and it should only come from their team imho of courseSuccess is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Winston Churchill
