the crazy thing is, that isnt out of the realm of possibility for a nascar rule change.

they really set theirselves up for more comparisons to WWE with their debut of Tag Team Pair Racing on Saturday. Nascar changes something every week and with this crap, and they think they are going to get fans back? The ratings may see a bigger downfall than last year.

I was saying maybe 5 years until Nascar is passed up by IndyCar, because its going to happen at some point, with this garbage, it may be sooner rather than later.

It just makes me laugh that people can watch that garbage and seriously believe that is racing

NASCAR has already announced 'cooling system' rules changes which are intended to limit the amount of time a car can spend 'hooked up' to another car.
We'll see what the effects are in the Duels.

Gotta admit it's a little boggling that a single are runs 186 to take the pole, and two cars can run 206!

I hope ,with no reason that it will be different, that this is not how Sunday's race will be . It seems to be a lesson in how to areodynamically kill a race. Unlike open wheel's competing series affect Nascar is killing itself from the inside.

Put a seat on the right side of the car and let them ride together...........think of the cost savings for the Big 3 teams alone!!

They could have a pre-race flip for "shotgun", DW could come up with a "Flippety Flippety Flippety" or some such thing.
