The Big: When the final entry comes in, upwards of 300 booth spaces make the H.R.S.M. 6, the biggest Circle Track Swap Meet in the Midwest!! Vendors from 10 States, and as far away as Georgia, make this the 2nd "DON'T MISS" event of the year (Chili Bowl was first
!! This Swap Meet/Trade Show will bring together local racers, professional racers, racing business's (manufacturers & dealers), race tracks, and sanctioning bodies all under, well, 2 roofs! The first 42,000 Sq. ft. building sold-out by mid-December, forcing the promoters to add a second building in order to accommodate the demand! The 2nd building is big enough (31k sq. ft.) that "day of show" vendors will be welcome (in true swap meet fashion)... WITHOUT A RESERVATION!!!
The Cool: Roundtables have become a very popular off season attraction, and the H.R.S.M. 6 does not disappoint. This panel combines for 51 Indy 500 starts, 28 Championships, countless records, and well over 418 major wins (thanks for the stats Bullring K.O.)!!! Almost never has the public had access to this stellar of line-up at one time! That's right, you will be able to ask the questions, and you can get the secrets of these big-time winners: Gary Bettenhausen, Tom Bigelow, (car builder) Bob Dickison, Bubby Jones, Mel Kenyon, Danny Smith, and Kevin Thomas *!! Plus, this is such a big event, you just never know who might stop by?!? Moderated by D.O. Laycock and Bullring K.O. don't miss your opportunity to be a part of the Racin' W/D.O. Legends Round Table, presented by Hoosier Auto Racing Fans (H.A.R.F.). It's gonna be COOL!
The Move: Indy finally has a Swap Meet/Trade Show BIG enough for "The Racing Capital of the World"!! That's right, in case you had not heard, we have moved from our Kokomo, IN location right into the heart of it all. INDY!!! The H.R.S.M. has expanded, and taken the show to the place it belonged all along!The Indiana State Fairgrounds will now be our new home! The central location has already proved to be a big hit with vendors, as it is sure to be with patrons alike. Be sure to join us in both the Marsh Ag/Hort building, and the Northwest Pavilion for all the "wheelin', dealin', good times!!

Again, if you would like to attend as a vendor, we will accept some drive-up's for our 2nd building (first come, first serve)! You can arrive during set-up hours on Friday between 3 P.M. and 9 P.M. or Saturday between 6 A.M. and 7:30 P.M.. Vendor doors will close at 7:45 A.M. sharp on Saturday morning. No trailers will be allowed in if you are a "drive-up" vendor, you must unload.
On the subject of trailers: The Fairgrounds does not allow trailer parking of any kind in the general parking area. If you do show-up with a trailer, you must park it inside the race track, between turns 3 & 4 (there is tunnel access). This is an Indy Fairgrounds policy, and it applies to all shows, vendors, and spectators. They do not make exceptions to this rule for anyone!! Call us if you have any questions.
