Another night in the books and finally some points scored after a dismal opening night. Well points were scored by some people........just not me. I'm in good company though as DannyB, grogg and dwcremax have managed to keep pace with me in last place. If anyone would have told me going in to this that at some point I'd be tied with three race fans with this much knowledge, I would have been thrilled.

A Drake/Yeley combination has pushed bever911 and BruceSpencer in to the lead with 11 points, mostly on the strength of Drake's eight points.

Slim and Liz follow up in a tie for third with eight points. Liz has an ace in the hole in the second pack though as she still has four drivers left that have yet to run! Pantherracer44, the leader after Wednesday night, also has four drivers running on Friday night but has only pulled down 2 points so far.

On to Friday night and what looks to be the toughest of the three nights by far. Sammy Swindell(4), Cory Kruseman(2), Dan Boorse(2), Scott Hatton and Tony Stewart represent 10 of the 19 Chili Bowl wins to date and all race for just four transfer spots. Kasey Kahne, Dave Darland, Bryan Clauson and Rik Hendrix also hold roster spots in the Pick 5 and will be on track on Friday night.

Should be another fun night of Chili Bowl action!

Another note for next year - need to award points for winning a qualifying race as well as the top four (instead of 3) in the A-Main as the top four gain an automatic spot for Saturday's A-Main.
