  • Racin' with D.O. Monday Don Lambert Guest

The popular radio show “Racin with D.O.” will have a special guest on Monday night (11/21) from 8-9 p.m. Don Lambert, President and Race Director of Xtreme Xcitement Racing Association, will be interviewing with D.O. Laycock answering questions about X2RA.

“Racin with D.O.” has been around for the past twelve years with a live audience from Kelly’s Pub at 10th and Lynhurst in Speedway, IN. (Kelly’s Pub is about one mile east of the west side of I-465.) Just this year, it was decided to go through the web to reach more racers than one radio station could. This show is listened to by over 40,000 people a month either live or with an “on-demand” service. They also hosted a webcast of Indiana Sprint Week. Go to this link for more about this program and many others -- http://www.monksmedia1.com/racing.php The Monks Media Radio Network is a local internet-based radio station in Noblesville, IN and owned by Jeffrey Monks. Their mission is to provide local coverage of items and people of interest in the Greater Indianapolis area. Monks Media records their live programming, which makes it available for anyone to listen to the shows, from anywhere, at anytime-ALWAYS FREE TO LISTEN! For more information about the Monks Media Radio Network and the services they offer, visit http://www.monksmedia1.com/about.php or call 317-776-4127.

Xtreme Xcitement Racing Association (X2RA) is a new, open-wheel racing organization based out of Kokomo, IN. X2RA is reaching out to the scores of midget racing teams who are just looking for a competitive racing series without going broke. But, also, a group with a strong, series-first atmosphere without conflicts of interest. The response thus far has been overwhelming.

If you would like to know how to join or support X2RA, please e-mail [email protected] . You can also call Don or Brenda Lambert at 765-457-4267 or Jimmy Baumgartner toll-free at 866-302-5341.
