From the news release:
Donnelly said some of the Boundless officers would be involved with Super DIRT Week, if he gets his payment on Monday. An officer from Boundless is supposed to fly to New York on Sunday in order to complete the transaction.
"I hope they get involved," he said. "Because it's going to be good for everyone."
Notice, Donnelly says "If he gets his payment" and that last sentence, "I hope they get involved". Duh! This was supposed to be a DONE DEAL kinda like these people buying WoO. Boundless has to BORROW MONEY?????? C'mon guys!

Well, I for one, would not buy any tickets for anything for next season, yet! If this has been done, today, as it was due to, NO ONE is saying anything about it. Boundless will not reply back to an e-mail I sent. Nor have they replied to one sent late last week. And, when I send the e-mail, I do it as a representative from something that can very easily be checked out. Their "Contact Us" linc, from their web site, does not work, as it did not work the other day. I'm still waiting for some kind of reply from DIRT. The Boundless web site has not been up-dated since 9/22 or there abouts. And, they have moved the "closing" date for the WoO back further, too. I'm am getting more and more suspicious about these Boundless people, believe me.

Just before this "Deal" was done up in the Syracuse area, I e-mailed the city of Richardson, Texas, where Boundless is supposedly headquartered, and is supposedly wanting to put up an enormous racing facility (thier vision). Today, I finally got a response. It was:
No one here seems to have been contacted about this
venture. The racing
complex you mention would require a zoning action and
there haven't been
any conversations of that sort with anyone. There's
already an auto racing
track in this area (Texas Motor Speedway), but I don't
know whether it's
suitable for the type of racing you're inquiring
about.
I still think there are "shady" things going on. DIRT was to have a big announcement during Super Dirt Week (going on now), but on anything I have seen, it just says that Glenn Donnelly just "acknowledged" the presence of one of the Boundless reps.
It would seem to me that this would be an announcement worthy of some type of press release (the buying of DIRT). Supposedly money has changed hands? Supposedly, part of the payments will be Boundless "Stock"? LOL!!!!!!!!!

This is all that was said, from up in Syracuse, regarding the "Deal" between DIRT and Boundless. This from the DIRT web site:
In closing, Donnelly recognized Bobby Hartslief from Boundless Motor Sports Racing, Inc., the group that has recently partnered with DIRT and will hold a co-managerial position during all events staged during Super DIRT Week '03.
As I said previously, one would think that this is "Big News" and would have deserved some type of a press release on the DIRT website. Also, please note: the words "partnered and co-managerial". Wonder just what that means?

Nothing new about the powers that be not knowing anthing about a new speedway being built in their city. A few years back I went to a city hall to find out about a new track being built there (rumors up to this point). No one in the building or at the P.D. knew anything about it! I kept nosing around (to many rumors for it not to be happening I thought) I drove around then went right across the freeway and found low and behold there it was and allmost finished at that! Now this track is just across the freeway from the main part of that city. Unhappy residents (noise) To say the least. Ya just never know what may be up the street here in Tx's.
