Yeah, I started this one after I got the first tweet... but nothing was "for sure" at the time."Each day well lived makes every yesterday a dream of happiness and every tomorrow a vision of hope. Look well therefore to this one day for it, and it alone, is life"

For those still interested in the race, Levi Jones won after a spirited battle throughout the race with Dave Darland. Darland led mech of the second half of the race, but Jones finally got by Darland on a late restart. Darland tried a slide-job pass with 3 laps to go (a little payback for the way Jones had passed him), but banged the cushion and rolled over. The early contenders were pole-sitter Stanbrough, Jones, Darland, Kaeding, Coons, and Hines. All but Jones ended up out by the end. Kaeding entered the race leading Jones in the points, but a broken shock mount put him way back in the field (he came back 7 laps down and ran most of the last 20 or so laps without a right-front shock). Seemed to be a problem with flat tires through the field.Professor Joe

"So many of these guys know how to preserve their tires, how to handle traffic and how to win a race. They really deserve to be in Indy cars." - Bob East
