Actually they may be horrible business decisions but I don't care if they don't.
Bottom line is the moves are in the best interest of Champ Car so we race fans win.

It is the Molson's Champ Car Grand Prix of Toronto not the Canadian Grand Prix Formula 1 runs. They both happen to be in Canada.
