  • Oiling an air cooled turbo

What oil would you use? Some synthetic car oils do not work well with my wet clutch. The motor is now broke in.

That was certainly one of my options, synthetics always seem to leak more than conventional oils.

A friend suggested a straight grade (40) racing oil.

With a Turbo motor I would stay away from the synthetics. I would look at a straight 40 or even 50 weight racing oil.
