According to at least one poster here, racing isn't entertainment, doesn't need fans, just some interest from those people with the money to pay for the whole thing.
I think Tony actually makes more sense and I can't believe I'm saying that.

It could even be that he said it before but so many vocal people either hate him or have such dislike for what he's done and constantly interpret what he says in a negative way it could have been passed over.
