GMC commerical???

Yesterday during the Super Bowl pregame I saw a GMC commerial where they talked about how they developed their technology..........the theme was that not every innovation comes from the lab.................they show a pack of "INDY-stye" cars swooping around a road course with a draftman's table in the center of the track (they had air boxes BTW).................seems they were trying to make the point that GMC uses formula racing to improve their product.........what's up with that??? Is GMC or ANY GM divison currently involved in OW??
