    Thanks. That was fun.

In college (mid 80's) we used to rent Frank Zappa's "Does Humor Belong in Music" video whenever we were grabbing movies to watch on a weekend night. We usually ended up watching that at about 3 in the morning. It still holds up after all these years, IMO.

Sweet. Now I will be stuck on the interwebs for hours tonight watching FZ on the y'tube.

Saw Zappa with the Mothers like 35-40 years ago at the Tyndall Armory with several of my friends and the greatest moment of that experience was when one of my friends yelled; "Long live the Revolution!" Zappa smirked and said; "You wouldn't know a revolutionary if he bit you on your dick."

We still greet him we get together with "Long live the Revolution!".

"Ooh woo, I'm a Rebel just for kicks, now
I been feeling it since 1966, now..."

I saw Frank when he had Flo and Eddie plus the great Ansley Dunbar on drums. Great stuff was captured on 2 LPs, Live at the Filmore and Just Another Band from LA.

I trot out the vinyl Live At The Filmore every so often.
Since first hearing it I have strived to become a Dental Floss Tycoon.

I was trying to remember when I was with Flo and Eddie and we had Ansley Dunbar on drums... When all I remember is being on stage with Flo and Eddie when we had Russ Kunkel backing us on drums...

Of course by then I figured out you were talking about the other Frank.
