...being that 3/4's of my family is from Columbus Ohio (with several living just on the outskirts of OSU in Upper Arlington), and about that many have also attended and revere Ohio State University, I have grown up constantly reminded of how great Ohio State is. And for that I've also grwon up absolutely despising Ohio State.

Just got back from downtown. What a game! I only wish the Hoosiers had made it, but that No. 6 seed you got is pretty darn good! You should beat San Diego State.

BTW, I saw Greg Oden and Mike Conley (OSU recruits to the uninitiated) and of course they looked sad and Oden was on a cell phone. I was walking with my Iowa brethren, when I commented that he was changing his mind. He wanted to go to Iowa instead of Ohio State.

I will say this. Winning this was a most pleasant surprise. Now the Hawks can really make me happy with a Sweet 16 trip. (Anything after that would be another wonderful surprise).

Where was your insight on Saturday? Davis out coached Matta who only faced Alford because of a misssed 8 foot jump shot. Davis schooled Matta on the use of Marco vrs the use of Dials when both were in foul trouble and put Indiana in position to win the game.

TD, I love how you gloat after your team loses. The only thing that caused OSU to lose was Je-Kell Foster being o-for-MArch from 3 pt range, of course that didn't prevent him from chucking up 20 shots for the weekend, of which I think he made 3. It reminded me of IU's offense ,a lot of standing around on the perimeter waiting for a open 3, or passing it into the "black hole" Dials. Kinda like when Marco get's the ball. I was actually amazed at the similarities between the 2 teams.

Regarding the Iowa & IU comparisons to OSU: the similarity in talent for OSU & IU is striking IMHO. Iowa's talent is substantially lower.
