My list matches up with Grover's

                  Grover has them all correct.

Some notes of interest, referenced by song number from the original post:

                  1. "All Those Years Ago" was George Harrison's tribute to John Lennon after he was murdered. All three of the (then) surviving Beatles performed on the song, but they didn't play together. They each recorded their parts in separate studios and never met face-to-face to work on the song.

                  4. Eric Clapton fell in love with Pattie Boyd, who was married to his best friend George Harrison at the time. His anguish over her decision not to leave Harrison for him resulted in the writing of "Layla." She and George later divorced, and eventually she married Clapton. Eric's song "Wonderful Tonight" is also about her, from happier times. Their marriage ended when he had an affair and Pattie divorced him.

                  5. "Nebraska" was written about Charles Starkweather's murder spree across Nebraska and Wyoming in late 1957/early 1958. He was executed in the Nebraska electric chair in June 1959.

                  8. "Sexy Sadie" was originally titled "Maharishi" and was written by John Lennon in his disillusionment after the Beatles' trip to the Maharishi's retreat. Losing his nerve to call the object of his disappointment by name, he changed the title to make it much less obvious who he was talking about.

                  9. "She Said She Said" came from an acid trip John Lennon shared with Peter Fonda, during which Fonda kept repeating, "I know what it's like to be dead."
