And it's all moving to the NE. Haven't seen the weather guys and gals this concerned in a long time.

And after this, it gets cold, and you'll get snow.

      Unbelievable!

Some schools and businesses to the SW are closing early because of the risk.

I live in the Haute and work in Indy. I've been on the phone with my wife all day, it seems.

They closed Knox Co schools. Definitely had tornados sighted in Knox/Sullivan County border area. Terre Haute schools cancelled all after-school activities, as it got to Terre Haute to late to cancel school. It got very nasty. Now I'm waiting for it to get here.

                      Tornado just sighted in Bainbridge.

Anyone heard anything about the Princeton area (20 miles north of Evansville)? My grandparents live there and I'm worried about them, but I can't seem to find anything out. Indy's about to get it now...

This is just super. I was in Owensboro, KY for the last round and am in Hendricks County today.

Those scanners are good for something besides raceday - monitoring your local amature weather SKYWARN frequency gives realtime sightings by trained spotters - and maybe those extra seconds.
