Here's your chance to help settle a minor domestic question in my household.
As part of the usual spring cleaning fun I get to repaint a bedroom. The doors that are currently in are hollow door wood veneer doors from 1986. They are in good condition, but are not painted and are a generic brown color that probably never looked good but surely doesn't now. So we (GF and I) have decided to repaint the doors.
The room is going to be a blue-ish white - more like white with a tinge of blue, nothing bold - with plain white trim mouldings.
The question is: do we paint the closet door the room color or the trim color?
I think it would look weird to have the door the room color surrounded by white trim, but I think it would be equally weird to have a big white block in the middle of the room (10' x 10'). What say ye?
