Ham, twice backed potatoes, some sort of veggie and rolls. Plus, lots of red wine. Christmas Eve, I think I'm breaking out the Silver Oak I've been holding onto for the wife and I.

We open presents the on Christmas Eve, kids are older and that means we can sleep in Christmas Day. My wife fixes "Monkey Bread" (biscuit dough, sugar, cinnamon, syrup baked on a bundt pan) for breakfast, then to the local chinese restaurant (Lotus Gardens in Greenwood) for lunch with the extended family.

I know where I'll be (Atlantis Steakhouse) - just haven't decided what I'll be having.

We go here for all the Holidays - excellent food and the casino picks up our bill.
