There's no such thing as jinxes or curses, except that which one believes has happened to oneself.No weather forecasts are ever guaranteed, even if confidence level is high. Even a 99% probability will miss 1% of the time. That's the best anybody can do when predicting highly complex events.Comment

I take ESPN SportsNation polls frequently, and they show maps that explain how people from every state voted. Any time there's a question that involves Manning or even the Colts, Indiana and Colorado obviously stick out on the map, but so do Tennessee, Alabama, and Louisiana.
