I need a name for a business ASAP

I'm told that the only thing left holding up the formation of the business is the name. It will be a property renovation/remodeling business that will probably do some rentals, but hopefully mostly flips. I've been playing around with some Latin words, but really I've got nothing.

Latin:

Property = Sustantia
Restore = Novo or Recro

Seriously, this time, I think the best business names are ones that are simple and clearly indicate what the business does, and since you are self-employed getting your name out is a big thing. I would suggest simply "Restorations by (Your Name)".

I don't think that I really want my name on it, for various reasons. One being that I have a partner, though I doubt he would mind.

That, and my real name is Gertrude.



I don't know, I figure that you guys named me, why not give you a chance to name my business... or at least maybe spark some ideas in my brain.

Even though there really won't be any branding associated with this name, it's still something that I hope to be associated with for a long time. A friend likened it to getting a tattoo. I think that's a pretty good analogy.

Use domus (= home) insteady. Domi-style.

IMO, short, sweet & to the point is the best.

Don't go with cute and/or flashy, funny, catch-phrases or names. Looks un-professional.

If you are going to use the Internet to advertise, or people want to look you up open the net, you might want to think twice about using difficult search names...
