BTW I must be closer to death than I realized... other than the Frazer Nash and the Tucker I've had seat time in all of them. Only briefly in a Hummer and only in the passenger seat in the Amphicar but Dad thought the Toronado was the gotta have car in 1966 even though he had a wife and four kids and the Toronado only had two doors it still made sense to him. Now I did agree with him when it came to two doors in 1969 when he brought home a dark green Grand Prix SJ. Now that was a fun car to drive even if I had to think fast on the way home from Prom Picnic in 1970, but Dad was cool he never asked me why his car was returned home to him with two new rear tires on it... I assumed Dad had done a few things in the car Mom never heard about either.
