I still watch "Leave It To Beaver" every once in awhile. She was the ideal parent!
    RIP!
    Have a very blessed day!

She spoke of the excellent writing of the scripts - I know they do not put words and concepts together that way today. R.I.P. Mrs. Cleaver

"Ward, I'm worried about the Beaver."
All rides are bought. But occasionally the currency is talent.

The better quote was "Ward, don't you think you were a little hard on the Beaver last night ..."

Barbara Billingsley played a great mom and an awesome jive speaker!

              She will be missed.

I didn't realize she was related to Peter Billingsley (Ralphie) through her first marriage. Peter's mom's cousin was married to Barbara in the 1940s.
