No weather forecasts are ever guaranteed, even if confidence level is high. Even a 99% probability will miss 1% of the time. That's the best anybody can do when predicting highly complex events.Comment

Today is a beautiful day here in north Texas. Yesterday could have been too except for the big tree on top of my neighbors new pickup and the roof of the place where I get my oil changed sitting out in their parking lot. My power was out for 6 hours and my cable out for 15 hours. But it could be worse, some businesses are still without power this morning. No injuries or fatalities though so that's obviously a big plus.Some people will do nearly anything in order to be able to not do anything.Comment
