Mascot Fight

I'm sorry if you seen this but I thought I post this for all to see. Its IUPUI's mascot against ORU's mascot. According to the guy that is Jawz, he went out for a friendly rival dance contest during a TO but Eli (the ORU eagle) misread Jawz and pushed him which started the fight. Its been all over tv like on TMZ, Inside Edition and all. This video is half way after the pushing part.

As a Valpo fan, all I can say is that I am so glad that they are out of that conference and away from all the crap that is ORU. My parents went to Tulsa a couple of times for the tournament (they are season ticket holders at Valpo), and almost everywhere they went, the rest of Tulsa was like...please don't judge us by ORU and their fans.

...without directly pointing fingers at any one person or incident, I believe this represents and highlights the decaying American society. Especially found in alot of the youth today demonstrated by lack of respect, patience and understanding of others and quick to be hostile and violent to enforce one's views....from politics to sports to kids in school.

One of my friends who is a big support of the IUPUI basketball team said he had stuff thrown at him and cussed at from ORU fans. I'm so glad that we are out of Tulsa and in South Dakota for the next few years. Sioux City or something like that.
