Looking for Video Downloading Site.

Not sure which forum this belongs in, so here it is in Off Topic & Tenerloins. I hope someone is able to help me.

There was a forum/message board that I would visit every so often that had race clips/videos for downloading. It was free and members even took requests. Mind you they were not complete races, but rather moments. Interviews, crashes, etc. from all forms of motorsports.
