I just bought some Pepperoni Jack Cheese today. I would not say it was the best cheese. I like a 12 year aged cheddar. And then there are some very good cheeses that I cannot afford but love to sample the little chunks with toothpicks in the grocery stores.Davydd (Anglicized Welsh name for David...that's all)

I eat ONLY American with my bologna.
But I hate American with everything else. Give me cheddar or colby jack. Or swiss on a nice club sandwich.No weather forecasts are ever guaranteed, even if confidence level is high. Even a 99% probability will miss 1% of the time. That's the best anybody can do when predicting highly complex events.

I like the fake cheese on bologna.
Ham/swiss or turkey/swiss is always a good lunch
Provolone is the way to go most of the time however.
The wife had brie which I tried a while back
