I just bought some Pepperoni Jack Cheese today. I would not say it was the best cheese. I like a 12 year aged cheddar. And then there are some very good cheeses that I cannot afford but love to sample the little chunks with toothpicks in the grocery stores.

What irks me (maybe its too soon for the truth), DW was a 16-oval WIN specialist, yet the vast majority those boohooing for him, hardcarders & fans, alike are the same ones trying to kill anything with more than 9 deg banking & 4 corners, where Dan ultimately made his home...

            You like cheese?

You like long road trips to the middle of nowhere?

            You want both?

Here's what you do: Hop the Southern Tier Expressway in southwest New York State, and take it to the Cuba exit, and check out the Cuba Cheese Company's showroom. You can't miss it; it's well-advertised with billboards and possibly the biggest building in town.

When I was a wee lad we made it a tradition to stop there and stock up on our way home from visiting my maternal grandmother in Canisteo. The best.

I like cheese but I also enjoy a good sit-down.

If I eat cheese "sit down" is all I can do.

              Sorry for the visual.

So you are saying you like a little "h" in your sit downs...

Since you opened the can , a little pysillium husk will make you a member of the clean "swipe" club...

Roquefort. Followed by Stilton, but Roquefort's way out front.

Anything, so long as it's melted!!!!!!

Only cheese I can stand "cold" is pepper jack.

I eat ONLY American with my bologna.

But I hate American with everything else. Give me cheddar or colby jack. Or swiss on a nice club sandwich.

I like the fake cheese on bologna.

Ham/swiss or turkey/swiss is always a good lunch

Provolone is the way to go most of the time however.

Sharp cheddar, except on cheeseburgers, where I prefer processed American.

                              Cottage is still the bomb,

but Monroe Wisconsin Brick Cheese will do in a pinch
