I just bought some Pepperoni Jack Cheese today. I would not say it was the best cheese. I like a 12 year aged cheddar. And then there are some very good cheeses that I cannot afford but love to sample the little chunks with toothpicks in the grocery stores.

Here's what you do: Hop the Southern Tier Expressway in southwest New York State, and take it to the Cuba exit, and check out the Cuba Cheese Company's showroom. You can't miss it; it's well-advertised with billboards and possibly the biggest building in town.
When I was a wee lad we made it a tradition to stop there and stock up on our way home from visiting my maternal grandmother in Canisteo. The best.

I eat ONLY American with my bologna.
But I hate American with everything else. Give me cheddar or colby jack. Or swiss on a nice club sandwich.No weather forecasts are ever guaranteed, even if confidence level is high.
