If someone is to hate Nascar they have the right to express and maybe because of it evolution from a Motorsports to a Motor based entertainment like Monster Trucks. It may have nothing to do with a feel of superiority but more of how it has damaged the sport of racing in general. As a former Nascar fan I understand, it is also a bit annoying that the media equates all US racing to Nascar and there negative influence on all other forms of racing. One example is racers like AJ pushing himself into a "racing: discipline that is not as well suited to his driving experience.
That is one of many examples, that he express his thought on that, is no more less valid than someone who like it.You cannot wrangle chaos. You can only try to plan for it.

Because more what I see is the apathy, they know it exists, they know the cars and racing is different they just don't care for it. There isn't the constant harping on hatred like some Indycar fans seem to relish in. Love Indycar racing or whatever with every breath you take but to be so insistent and being so consistent in WANTING to talk about how much hatred one has for NASCAR is something unique to those Indycar fans. Most would agree life isn't a ladder and you don't climb higher by stepping on someone else so they look lower, except the few who subscribe to the idea that's the route to success for Indycar."You can't arrest those guys, they're folk heroes"
"They're criminals"
"Well most folk heroes started out as criminals"

From what I can tell very few NASCAR fans comment on IndyCar. They don't care.
By contrast, every time NASCAR gets inserted into a thread on this forum multiple snarky little comments are made about the series. I couldn't care less...I just wonder about the juvenile insecurity which produces responses like these in the IndyCar forum:
I've hated NASCAR since the Chase, and have given it a few chances since then...The general NASCAR fan enjoys NASCAR because they are told this is racing and this is enjoyable, with no clear explanation of why watching 43 tin box billboards driving around in circles for 4 hours is exciting. Ever wonder why so many "fans" cheer when there is an accident? It's because something ACTUALLY HAPPENED!This isn't Taxicab racing, hence there is no need to try and contrive rubbish like the Chase to try and make it interesting.I know it is convenient to pin everything from swine flu to dumbed down racing on NASCAR, but the truth is they only provide what the dumbed down people want.NASCAR is popular because they market to Joe Sixpack that doesn't know **** about real racing and is simply "won over" by good marketing and WWE-style entertainment. I like to call it the "rubbin' is racin'" mentality.Just please stop with the nascar comparisons. Nascar isn't racing.I can't stand watching a NASCAR race. To me. NASCAR is wrestling on wheels. If I didn't know any better, I would swear it's scripted just like wrestling. Every time I flip the NASCAR race on, it's under a yellow flag that lasts twenty minutes. then they go green for five laps and throw another yellow. IMO, NASCAR is all about the personalities, and the racing is an afterthought.I think the average nascar fan has the IQ of a potato. That is the only explanation I can think of for them getting Nascar confused with racing. They should put Nascar where it belongs at the county fair, which ever one is the last car running wins the 500$ grandprize and a kiss from the 4-H Queen or sister. This is the problem with you NASCAR morons. Your perspective regarding racing is limited to what NASCAR has shoved down your throat. Not all NASCAR fans are morons, but certainly a good percentage of them are.

Just saying you had the locations, the links would have saved an awful lot of time. As would reporting them when they occurred. There's really no such thing as Gary the Moose, Sybil.
