Unofficial "Tips For New TrackForum Members" Thread
I've been here since '01 and only started bellyaching at the moderators last year.
In my early years I don't remember griping about censorship, which post went in which forum, how to totally revamp open wheel, etc.
I think the Roberto Guerrero refence was right on the money. Probably will bounce off the ears that it was meant for...they are darting out from behind the pace car and aimed nose first at the infield mounds. -cap

FYI- Just because we are new here doesn't mean we aren't veterans of another site. I've already heard some of the refugees from the Indycar.com site are being picked on. Not Cool. I may not have many posts here but I've been a fan since the early 90's and I have 1400+ posts on the old Indycar.com forums and alot more when it was called TalkBack so please spare us the don't insult the vets line. Chances are we have as much time or longer posting than some of the "vets" here.
The only reason I don't have more posts here is I didn't know of the place until Indycar.com sent me here.
Pretty sure that whole post was intended as a joke... making fun of the vets here.
If it is that's fine. But I have people I talk to on other sites that are friends from the Indycar.com forums who have said that certain people, and I dont know who they are, are picking on one of the people I know from the Indycar.com forums since that person is a newbie here. I think that's uncalled for especially since that person is a vet on other sites and has quite a few posts. Somewhere in the range that I have.
